Modified V shaped 24 3/4 neck
Rosewood fretboard
Fishman Ellipse Aura pickup and preamp
I have a question that has been bugging me for along time now. I've noticed that they now plug the hole in the center of the guitars. Is it because they are all electric now or does it sound better?

It stops the guitar feeding back when it's used on stage.
Played purely acoustically it deadens the tone somewhat, but this doesn't matter when it is being played live as the sound comes thru the pickup.
I'm looking for a new guitar and was wondering how the Gibson BP J-45 sounded in a live venue through a PA. And what the best setting were for the preamp.
this guitar sounds absolutely out standing through a live PA just put all your dials in the middle and plug er in man ur good no matter what setting really just dont have to much treble thats all LOL its THE guitar hands down
