Life to Music

I lost my husband on Dec 18, 2011 to a car accident. Our relationship can be told with Brad Paisley songs. We have attended every concert in Calgary together. This year my daughter will be attending the concert on July 14, 2012 in his place. We will celebrate her 17th birthday with Brad.
Dale was “Wrapped Around Her Finger” since our first date where “Two People Fell in Love”. “We Danced”, we loved and 11 months later he asked me to marry him with “Wrapped Around Her Finger” playing in the background. We were married May 22, 2004 and again played “Wrapped Around Her Finger” as well as other Brad songs. He truly became the dad “He Didn’t Have to Be” to my two kids. We cherished the “Little Moments” as well as the big ones. Dale always said that “She’s Everything” and I know he would lay his life down for me. We never had the chance to be together long enough that he needed to “Remind Me” of our love. Although there are many more songs, I said my final earthly good-bye to “When I Get Where I’m Going”. I know he is still like in life “Waiting on a Woman” and will wait for me until the lord calls me home. Now without the love of my life (my soul mate) I find that it’s a “Hard Life”.
