I ATTENDED YOUR CONCERT AT THE SPRINT CENTER ON JAN 19TH I PURCHASED FLOOR SEATS IN SECT 4 ON THE FLOOR, ROW 22 SEATS 1 AND 2. WE ARRIVED JUST BEFORE THE OPENING ACT AND PROCEEDED TO OUR SEATS ON THE FLOOR. WE THEN WERE INFORMED THAT THEY WERE MOST LIKELY TAKEN. IN ARRIVING AT OUR SEATS WE DISCOVERED THEY WERE INDEED TAKEN, BY OTHER PEOPLE WHO PROVIDED IDENTICAL TICKET INFORMATION THAT WE WERE HOLDING. WE THEN FOUND A TICKET PERSON WHO DIRECTED US A GUEST RELATIONS WINDOW NEAR SECTION 109. WE INFORMED THERE THAT TICKETMASTER HAD OVERSOLD 350 TICKETS ON THE FLOOR AND THESE TICKETS WERE DUPLICATED AND WE NEEDED TO FILL OUT A FORM WITH OUR INFORMATION ON IT AND PROVIDE COPIES OF OUR TICKETS..WE DID SO AND WERE INFORMED AT THIS TIME THAT WE COULD GET A REFUND ON THE COST OF OUR TICKETS AND WE COULD STAY FOR THE CONCERT BUT WE HAD TO SIT IN SECT 109 OR 111. AND TAKE WHATEVER SEATS WERE AVAILABLE....WHEN WE ASKED WHY THESE SEATS WERE EMPTY WE WERE INFORMED THEY WERE BEHIND THE STAGE AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR TICKETS SALES TO BEGIN WITH. WE RELUCTANTLY WENT TO FIND SEATS IN SECT 109 AND IMMEDIATELY DISCOVERED THE REASON THESE TICKETS WERE NOT FOR SALE. THEY WERE BEHIND THE STAGE. WE COULD NOT HEAR ANY OF THE SONGS CLEARLY, THE MUSIC AND MICS WERE MUFFELD. WE SAT RIGHT BEHIND THE JUMBO TRON. SO WE COULDN'T SEE ANYTHING. KEEP IN MIND, BY THIS TIME YOUR BAND WAS ALREADY PERFORMING AND WE MISSED THE TWO OPENING ACTS PRIOR TO THIS DUE TO WAITING IN LINE AT GUEST RELATIONS. THIS WAS AN OVER ALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WE WERE COMPENSATED FOR THE COST OF THE TICKETS. BUT WE DROVE 90 MINUTES AND ALSO PAID $100 FOR HOTEL COSTS FOR THE NIGHT. I BOUGHT A BRAD PAISELY STRAW HAT EVEN AFTER ALL OF THIS FOR $30. TO BRING HOME TO MY DAUGHTER. THIS WAS BY FAR THE SINGLE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A CONCERT I HAVE EVER HAD. I AM VERY ANGRY, FRUSTRATED, AND DISAPPOINTED! THIS WAS TO BE MY FIRST EXPERIENCE SEEING BRAD PAISLEY AND WE ENDED UP LEAVING THE CONCERT EARLY!!! I WOULD LOVE A CHANCE TO SEE YOU AGAIN, BUT AS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND I AM VERY RELUCTANT IN BUYING ANYMORE CONCERT TICKETS EVER!!

Please don't hold this against Brad Paisley! This was my fourth Paisley concert, and I can assure you each show has been amazing and has exceeded my expectations. I'm so sorry for your horrible experience! Ticketing offices should be more professional so things like this don't happen. If you EVER get the chance to see Brad Paisley again, please do it. I can't promise mistakes won't happen, but if all goes as it SHOULD, you will have an unforgettable experience...in a GOOD way. Make sure you chew out TicketMaster for ruining your evening!
I had almost the same
I had almost the same experience at the concert in KC. However, we arrived early and were told that we could either sit in Section 109 or get a refund. We opted for the refund (which we have not received yet), and were not allowed to stay for the concert. How disappointing! I bought these tickets in October, and had been looking forward to this event for 3 months! I would love to see Brad in concert sometime, though will be very apprehensive about using Ticketmaster to buy tickets again. I have contacted Ticketmaster and the Sprint Center by email to voice my concerns.

Do not hold this against Brad. It is not his job to sell tickets. His concert is amazing and worth every penny. I would not hesitate to attend another concert. I want to go to another already and it's only been 2 days. Again this is a problem with the ticketing venue...not Brad.
